as u no minty aint bn 2 well wen the vet came out on fri she had to take more of the hoof off she told me it looks like the infection has traveled up into his cartilidge  she gotta cum bac out on tues 2 do sum xrays he cnt put ne weigh on it at all now n hes on his second course of anti biotics  im soooo gutted coz we had loads planned this summer n now i cnt even ride *cries* xxxx |

aww han hope hes feeling better soon my friends horse had really bad laminitis two years ago, she couldnt put much weight on her feet, got this really comfy padded flooring for her stable, stable mattresses that made her more comfy, its quite expensive though www.stablecomfort.co.uk/hannah xxx |

got the results of mintys xrays today
he aint got an infection in his pedal bone!! his cartalige is slightly infected so he gotta hav a small op to dig out his hoof n he gotta hav a special shoe fitted.
once the infection is all healed up he can hav the hoof reconstruction
he should b bac in work by autumn so well miss most of the shows this year bt aslong as he gets betta thats all that matters
