Rules
1. Txt Typing. Writing in "Txt Language" is not allowed anywhere on the Welsh Cobs Info message board. Txt typing makes it very hard for other people to read. Any messages obviously disregarding this rule will be deleted.
2. Spelling. Please try to use correct grammar and spelling (There is a Spell Check option when posting new messages).
3. Warning System. If rules are repeatedly broken you will receive an official warning. A warning bar will then appear under your name (only visible to you and to staff members). The bar goes from 0-100%. If you get one warning your bar will go to 25%. If you receive 2 official warnings you will receive a 2 week ban from the website and your warning bar will go up to 50%. A 3rd warning will give you another 2 week ban and your bar will go up to 75%. If you break the rules again and your bar reaches 100% you will be banned from posting on the website.
4. Banned Members. If you are given a ban from the website any attempt to post under a different name during the banned period will result in a longer ban (for the different name as well as the original one)
4. Reposting. Do not repost messages that have already been posted. Duplicate messages will be deleted.
5. Signatures - You are allowed one signature. It can be either one picture no more than 90 pixels high (right click on the picture and go to properties to see the size of it) OR one line of text. Also do not use ~ @ ! etc to write your name. Any examples found will be changed.
6. Usernames - Please do not add xXx or ***'s to your usernames. Any x's or *'s added to usernames will be removed. If you register a username which is very similar to another users name then the newly registered user will be asked to change their username.
7. Coloured Writing - Please do not use coloured writing or the Glow, Shadow or Marquee features when writing messages as it makes them hard to read. If you wish to use these functions then do so in your Private Messages.
