Since it is a bit quite on this forum.
In previous posts, I’ve already showed you pictures of my mare’s filly of this year 'Ysewyn Dame Heather aka Epona'. So, I taught, I could probably introduce you to her first ‘foal’. It’s a stallion born in 2005.
He belongs to a friend, who unfortunately is going to sell him (because due to logistical problems he can no longer keep a stallion).
I would love to buy him myself, but I only have space for one stallion (and I already have my perlino colt Sublime, of whom I don’t want to part) and anyway… I cannot use him on my own mares, because Daisy is his mother and Epona is his half-sister.
His name is Rhanwid Dario.
Sire : Geler Sparc
Dame : Rhanwid Daisy (OS)
Full pedigree on www.allbreedpedigree.com/rhanwid+dario
He stands +/- 15 hh, is well-behaved and a good mover.
He has covered already 2 mares this year. Both were ‘full’ from the first time. His 1st foal is due in February 2008 and his 2nd foal in June 2008 (that mare had a very late foal this year).
Herewith some pictures of this lovely dark bay stallion.
