How do people get the horses to do all that fancy stuff, would love to know how they start?

hi we got welsh sec d gelding who went away with my daughter dawn on her work experiance, they went to the lusitano stud, jan and justine breed horses for dressage and they can get any horse to do dreesage, justine even gets her shire (PINETOPS) to perform. our sec d (TYE) came back a different horse and dawn took him to a local dressage compitition where they got second, quite good for a horse that before would not even turn on forhand. if you would like info i can get info for you and email it. dont give up ever that is what they told dawn and she has done really well with him. speak to you all soon.
