i own a welsh sec D cob gelding by DERWEN RAILWAY EXPRESS 19035.i know of 3 siblings in the immediate area where i live 2 are bolshy and the other 2 are quite nervous and i have heard that it is a trait with this stallion that the horses can be either one way or the other does anyone know if it is a common thing? dont get me wrong Railway Express is a lovelly man but im just trying to see if it is a common thing so i can help my horse as best i can i wouldnt change him or his breeding for anything in the world.

Hi, I've known a couple of ponies by Derwen Railway Express and both have been super stars. One was a stallion, the other a mare so both varied slightly in their temperament but both ultimately very trustworthy, pleasures to handle.

I have a mare by derwen royal and she has a quiet nature, I've had her now for 8 years and have never had any problems with her. hoping to show a colt out of her in one of the small show at the end of the season and he has a good personality

Oh cool, you have a mare by Derwen Royal Express too. Do you have any pictures of her? I have a mare by Derwen Royal (see pic in my signature) and she looks just like her dad but grey. She was born dapple grey. Well, she is actually dapple grey - she went white with age.  see below.  I can't seem to find many pictures of Derwen Royal's offspring. Would be interesting to see. |
